Improvado is hiring for a remote RevOps leader to own Salesforce configurations, ARR math, finance alignment, and revenue analytics in a fast‑growing marketing data platform. You will partner with Sales, CS, Finance and Marketing to ensure data accuracy, automate workflows, and drive informed decisions.

You will work with AI agents, implement scalable processes, and maintain reporting that guides leadership decisions. Fluency in English and a proven track record are required.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands‑on Salesforce admin.
• Strong SQL and comfort with a modeled data warehouse; dbt is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, ARR, churn, renewals.
• Experience managing money: contracts, invoicing and collections in sync with CRM.
• Proven ability to build with AI agents and ship reusable tooling.
• Fluent English with clear written updates.

Responsabilités

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process, user access and integrations (Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment, e‑signature).
• Maintain CRM data quality, licences, renewals, and Salesforce SOPs; train new hires.
• Own ARR, bookings, renewals and invoice consistency; work with Finance on closed deals.
• Lead quarterly analytics packs, CRO reports, forecast and pipeline coverage with attribution.
• Automate manual tasks with AI agents and track time saved and errors avoided.
• Be the single RevOps contact across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product.
