Bechtel Corporation in Santiago, Chile, seeks a Help Desk Operator to deliver 24x7 first-line IT support for Bechtel users. This part-time telework role may require at least three days of in-person attendance weekly at the assigned office or project, with schedules determined in consultation with leadership.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, remote troubleshooting across IT services, and contributing to the rollout of new technologies and security remediations.

Qualifications

• University hire with 1–2 years or 5–6 years experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience with Office 365 suite and IT support processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24x7 first line IT support for Bechtel users.
• Follow standard operating procedures for IT requests and incidents.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues remotely for IT infra, apps, network and collaboration services.
• Contribute to procedures, work instructions and new scopes.
• Assist in rollout of new technologies and security remediations.
