Huawei is seeking a GTM Specialist for its Santiago, Chile office (onsite). The role supports go-to-market initiatives in a dynamic retail context and offers growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include GTM support to the Go-To-Market Manager and Director, incentive management, PSI analysis, business planning, and process control.

Requirements: Bachelor's in business, experience in retail/B2C preferred, advanced English; Chinese optional. Strong analytical, precise, and collaborative mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field is required.
• Experience in retail sales, B2C, or as a Sales Assistant is preferred.
• Advanced English; Chinese is preferred but not required.

• Incentive management: review incentive quotas monthly.
• PSI analysis: analyze Purchase, Sales, Inventory data for launches.
• Business planning: design plans including costs and expenses.

• Business Planning: Design comprehensive business plans, including the analysis and calculation of project costs and expenses.
• Process Control: Provide decision support and participate in relevant internal control workflows.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
• Experience: Background in retail sales, B2C business, or as a Sales Assistant is preferred.
• Language Skills: Advanced English. Chinese is preferred but not required.
• Highly analytical, precise, and systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently with a strong teamwork-oriented attitude.
