Huawei Technologies in Chile seeks an experienced Wireless Product Manager to define strategy and drive the commercial success of cutting-edge wireless networking solutions for enterprise clients. You will own the design, planning, and validation of WLAN and Private Wireless offerings across industries.

The role requires leadership to translate technical capabilities into customer value, develop high and low level designs, support RFP/RFI processes, and guide PoCs, site surveys, and deployments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, CS or related field.
• Hands-on experience in product management or architecture for enterprise wireless networking.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong leadership bridging engineering and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced global technology vendor environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead WLAN and Private Wireless design, planning, and validation for enterprise customers.

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Wireless Product Manager to join our Enterprise Business Group in Chile. This r ole is pivotal in defining the strategy, technical positioning, and commercial success of cutting-edge wireless networking solutions for major corporate and industrial clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and validation of WLAN and Private Wireless solutions for enterprise customers across industries such as Mining, Education, and Smart Manufacturing.
• Develop HLD and LLD documentation for large‑scale wireless deployments and ensure integration with existing network infrastructures.
• Support RFP/RFI and sales processes, acting as the technical product expert and translating wireless capabilities into clear customer value and competitive advantages.
• Lead PoCs, site surveys, and implementation strategies for enterprise wireless solutions, ensuring performance meets customer requirements and SLAs.
• Drive the evolution of wireless solutions toward next-generation, AI‑enhanced, and Cloud‑Managed architectures.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex wireless performance, interference, and capacity challenges.
• Analyze market and competitor trends in Chile to strengthen product positioning and provide insights to global product development teams.

Expert-level knowledge is a must in:

• Wireless Standards: Latest Wi‑Fi protocols (802.11ax/be), Radio Frequency (RF) fundamentals, and advanced antenna technologies.
• Network Architecture: Campus Switching, SD‑Branch, and Software‑Defined Networking (SDN) principles.
• Network Security: Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Network Access Control (NAC), and advanced encryption protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven, hands‑on experience in product management, solution architecture, or technical sales within the enterprise wireless networking sector.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory for collaborating with international technical centers and drafting global‑standard documentation.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to act as a bridge between technical engineering teams and C‑level business stakeholders.
• Experience operating within a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment for a global technology vendor.
