EQUANS Chile is seeking a Business Analyst – HR Data to join our international People Analytics team in Santiago. You will analyze HR data and transform workforce information into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and partnering with HR leaders to implement analytical solutions. You will support workforce planning, forecasting, and global HR reporting in a dynamic,

Qualifications

Degree in business analytics, statistics, HR analytics or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with HRIS such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

Analyze HR data related to recruitment, performance, compensation, diversity, employee engagement, and trends.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to inform business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy and quality across HR systems and data sources.
