Job summary

Cantabria Spa is seeking a Senior HR Analyst in Chile to lead payroll administration, administer benefits programs, and reinforce HR policies. The role will also drive engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture and improve the employee experience.

The position requires collaboration across LatAm HR peers, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems (Oracle preferred) and payroll software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field.
• Proficiency with Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
• Advanced English preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to leverage internal resources across LatAm.
• Ability to engage all levels of the organization and contribute in multiple teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and make recommendations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle preferred) and payroll software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of payroll administration, including processing and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, etc.).
• Develop and implement engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
• Collaborate with HR COE and LatAm HR Analysts to streamline HR processes.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across regions.
• Produce reports on turnover, recruiting, and other HR metrics.
• Support budgeting/forecasting for payroll expenses and related costs.
