Nord Anglia Education's Trewhelas School in Providencia, Chile, is seeking an HR Analyst to manage payroll, attendance, and employee records, ensuring accurate, timely HR data and compliant processes.

You will partner with the HR Director, Finance and regional teams, administering contracts, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and HR reporting, while maintaining confidentiality.

The role focuses on operational HR service quality and continuous improvement of payroll controls and data accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of HR operations experience with payroll knowledge.
• Experience in payroll administration and controls.
• Experience in time and attendance and employee leave processes.
• Good knowledge of Chilean employment administration and payroll practices.
• Fluent Spanish and working proficiency in English.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is desirable.
• Experience in an international school environment is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monthly payroll in partnership with Finance and payroll provider.
• Own payroll calendar, inputs, validations and submissions.
• Record attendance, absences and leave for payroll.
• Maintain employee records, contracts and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with the HR Director and regional teams.
