EQUANS Chile is seeking a Business Analyst – HR Data to join our international People Analytics team in Santiago. You will analyze HR data and transform workforce information into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in business analytics, statistics, HR analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Analyze HR data related to recruitment, performance, compensation, diversity, employee engagement, and trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to inform business decisions.
