• Act as regional technical expert for HPGR services and support sales teams.
• Translate engineering concepts into customer‑focused value propositions.
• Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with global HPGR strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Center to ensure high‑quality reconditioning services.
• Align regional processes with global quality standards and drive improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts between engineering, supply chain, and operations.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and technical training for teams and customers.
• Support business development by identifying new service opportunities and participating in negotiations.
