Job summary

FLSmidth in Chile seeks a Global Product Line Manager - Screens to lead the Screens product line, drive profitability, and shape the global strategy in collaboration with R&D, regions, and suppliers. The role focuses on maximizing OI and EBITA while optimizing the supply chain and aftermarket services.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and sales to ensure profitable growth and global pricing discipline, with a flexible global location in mind.

• Strong commercial, financial and legal acumen.
• Proven leadership ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Screens Global Product Line to deliver targeted OI, Revenue, CM and EBITA.
• Collaborate with R&D to support the product development roadmap and new/improved products.
• Develop commercial strategy with Regions and Product Specialists for profitable growth.
• Work with engineering and execution functions related to products within the Service Line.
• Perform market research to determine customer needs, monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Establish, maintain and enforce global pricing strategies in alignment with pricing guidance.
