Victaulic is seeking an Engineering Specialist to develop business in Chile for engineered products, calling on mining operations. The role requires fluent English and a strong mechanical background, with travel across the region to visiting job sites and customers.

You will lead cross-functional activities with sales teams to deliver tailored Piping solutions and support project opportunities end-to-end. Ideal candidates will have a engineering degree, proven sales results, and the ability to

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Experience in selling 'value added' products/services, preferably mining or PVF/mechanical products.
• Proven sales achievements and ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the construction cycle and influence decision-makers to maximize sales potential.
• Launch Victaulic products into the Chilean territory and support market transition to new technologies.
• Develop an annual business plan with the sales manager for opportunity mapping and forecasts.
• Promote products via presentations, trainings, branch visits and installation tours.
• Maintain product knowledge and report lessons learned to improve projects.
• Travel extensively to sites, manage projects from inception to after-sale follow up.
• Coordinate with regional specialists, other reps and Victaulic contacts on projects.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships with clients, prospects and distributors.
