Job summary

Xe.com in Santiago, Chile is seeking a Growth Leader to build and scale Xe’s SMB acquisition and lifecycle engine. You’ll blend Account-Based Marketing, digital sales leadership, funnel optimization, and modern GTM tech to drive scalable acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

You’ll own the SMB lifecycle from lead to first transaction, manage a small digital sales team (BDM + SDRs), and deploy smart outbound systems using signals and automation.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in B2B growth, digital sales, demand generation, revenue growth, or GTM roles.
• 2+ years of people management experience leading SDRs/BDMs.
• Proven track record of scaling inbound lead generation and optimizing sales funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full SMB lifecycle from inbound lead generation to activation, retention, and upsell.
• Manage the digital sales team (BDM + SDRs) and align around inbound + outbound models.
• Implement outbound systems with signals, lead scoring, and automation to drive revenue growth.
