• 8+ years of leadership in Professional Services or delivery leadership.
• 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers.
• Experience building and managing a services portfolio with pricing.
• Commercial ownership beyond delivery including pricing and expansion.
• Strong AI-augmented delivery experience and execution.
• Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Coaching leadership style with direct feedback and development.
• Strategic thinking with execution in a fast-changing distributed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Professional Services org overseeing migrations, implementations and custom engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance including timelines, scope and quality.
• Build an AI-augmented delivery organization to accelerate value delivery.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of offerings that are scalable and priceable.
• Own PS commercial performance: revenue, margin, pricing, and expansion.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to scope and price engagements.
• Set strategic direction for Professional Services within Customer Experience.
• Differentiate services through measurable customer impact and market value.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Account Management for feedback and improvements.
• Represent PS to senior stakeholders and coach delivery professionals.
