• Familiarity with CRM platforms and EPIC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency.
• Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and growth metrics.
• Partner with leadership to identify market expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion with regular progress updates.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder follow-ups.
