Signant Health is seeking an Associate Clinical Data Coordinator to support the Clinical Data Management team in delivering on-time, accurate data for clinical studies. You will execute data management activities, communicate with project teams, and help verify data changes and clarifications.

The role requires a BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment with 0–2 years of data management exposure.

Formación

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field (Medicine, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend technical documentation and requirements for system/frontend functionality.
  • Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to meet very short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Proactive and positive approach to tasks and process changes.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in clinical trials data management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and databases.
  • Knowledge of CFR Part 11 or regulated environments desirable.

About the Role

The Associate Clinical Data Coordinator is responsible for working with the Clinical Data Management team and other internal project team members to provide data management services for our customers to ensure on time and accurate deliverables. Responsibilities include executing data management activities to support senior team members; communicating with internal project team members on all aspects of data management activities performed for a study; and facilitating and verifying data clarifications and data changes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Works effectively within a team environment to complete assigned tasks with highest level of quality, on time and within budget.
  • Communicates effectively with team members on all aspects of data management activities performed for a study.
  • Contributes to the development of data management documents (data management plan (DMP), data transfer specification (DTS), etc.).
  • Contributes to UAT of reportsand automated data checks programmed to support the data cleaning activitiesspecified in the DMP.
  • Verifies data extracts against the DTS, as applicable.
  • Facilitates and verifies data clarifications,data corrections, and external data reconciliation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field (Medicine, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend technical documentationand to understand requirements related to system and front-end functionality.
  • Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills, procedures and approaches.
  • Ability to meet very short deadlines & multi-task in an extremely fast-paced work environment with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment, establishing/maintaining effective work relationships with co-workers within and across functional areas.
  • Proactive and positive approach totasks andprojects overall,as well to the types ofscheduling & process changes that are inherent in a fast-paced business.
  • 0 - 2 years of professional experience in the clinical trials data management field.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Proficient in Access, Excel, and other office software technologies and applications.
  • Knowledge of Programming Languages such as SAS, SQL, etc.
  • Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 or experience in a regulated environment desirable.
