Responsibilities

• Act as the General Manager for Chile and Ecuador with end-to-end accountability for revenue, profitability, cash discipline, market share and sustainable value creation.
• Set clear financial and operational commitments; establish robust performance rhythms and take corrective action when results drift.
• Dive deep in reviews to understand drivers, test assumptions and improve execution at detail level.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term growth investments, capabilities and portfolio choices.
• Define a bold growth agenda for both markets with clear priorities, milestones and accountabilities.
• Continuously identify and pursue business opportunities across portfolio, launches, channels, partnerships and access models.
• Represent Sandoz externally as a credible senior leader and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strengthen culture, ethics and compliance by role-modeling the Sandoz Way and upholding governance standards.
