AECOM is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead mining and environmental bids from Santiago, Chile, supporting LATAM and US-based opportunities. You will manage capture planning, develop persuasive proposals, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across global clients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Experience leading proposals in the environmental, infrastructure, or mining sectors.
• English/Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex proposals from capture through to interview.
• Provide guidance to capture managers on win strategy.
• Coach interview, Q&A and team preparation for opportunities.
• Facilitate color reviews and apply lessons learned.
• Serve as compliance reviewer for priority pursuits and reviews.
• Manage proposal activity on time and within budget.
