You will contribute to employee engagement, assist recruitment activities, and help with training programs and HR analytics. This role offers exposure to a diverse, safety‑minded culture and hands‑on projects in a global logistics company.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in HR, psychology, business administration or communications.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Assist HR administration and employee documentation.
• Help create and distribute internal communications.
• Support employee engagement, wellness and events.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Assist with training programs and learning initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and metrics.
• Participate in local and regional HR projects.
