HOYER GmbH in Santiago, Chile, invites you to join as an HR Trainee in our multinational environment. You will learn by supporting onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and internal communications while engaging with teams across the business.

You will contribute to employee engagement, assist recruitment activities, and help with training programs and HR analytics. This role offers exposure to a diverse, safety‑minded culture and hands‑on projects in a global logistics company.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in HR, psychology, business administration or communications.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Currently enrolled in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications or related field
• Intermediate to Advanced English

• Ability to handle confidential information
