Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead field operations platform deployments across LatAm, following a structured 9-step process and four stage gates. You will collaborate with Product Line, Business Analysts, Change Management, and local teams to ensure successful go-lives and hypercare.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise deployments, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English with Spanish/Portuguese as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deployments in complex environments.
• Ability to run requirements & scoping workshops with stakeholders.
• Proven track record guiding end-to-end deployment life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements and scoping workshops with the Product Line.
• Validate the proposed solution and document configuration requests.
• Lead deployment planning, readiness, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate UAT and pilot testing with product line and local users.
• Maintain backlog quality and report progress, risks, and issues.
