EPAM NEORIS in Chile is seeking an SAP Business Solution Architect to shape and deliver SAP-driven transformation from discovery through blueprint and implementation. You will guide architecture governance, roadmaps, and solution delivery across business and IT.

Join a regional team within EPAM's global network to lead pre-sale and delivery governance, run fit-gap analyses, define target architecture, and ensure cohesive SAP solutions across domains. Excellent English is required.

Formación

• Requires SAP solution architecture experience (2+ years) across pre-sales and delivery.
• Experience leading governance across teams and enforcing methodology consistency.
• Project governance experience including fit-gap analysis, delivery oversight, and escalation.
• Strong requirements engineering to define SAP-specific functional needs.
• Ability to align business and IT to enable SAP solutions.
• Excellent client communication to lead discovery discussions.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP pre-sale and implementation governance and delivery across the client engagement lifecycle.
• Define target architecture and client roadmap aligned with SAP solutions and portfolio direction.
• Drive architecture governance and methods for consistency across SAP domains.
• Run fit-gap analysis and guide business requirements adjustments to enable implementation-ready blueprints.
• Assess current client solutions and identify opportunities for SAP solution implementation.
• Integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture into a cohesive solution.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and perform root cause analysis to restore progress.
• Support account planning by shaping the client vision based on scope and outcomes.
• Introduce innovations addressing client needs and increasing solution value.
• Build client relationships and support sales in detailed solution discovery discussions.
• Stay updated on SAP products, trends, and changes to inform roadmaps.
• Estimate effort for process and organizational design improvements and SAP configuration/development.
