Acquire Technology Solutions in Santiago, Chile, seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead end-to-end customer journeys for the Geoscience Portfolio. You will oversee a cross-functional team and be accountable for regional product revenue and activities.

You will report to the Global Operations Manager, manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and regional accounts, and collaborate across regions to deliver service and training opportunities while upholding Acquire’s philosophy and value proposition.

Formación

• Operational leadership experience in enterprise software.
• Experience in commercial team leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
• Ability to meet financial targets and illustrate commercial awareness.
• Experience in the mineral resources industry is desirable.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Defining and managing annual budgets and revenue forecasts for the assigned products.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting of regional results to the Global Operations Manager.
• Oversight of the accounts for the region; accruals, WIP, Collections / AR, invoicing.
• Oversight of the commercial pipeline generation and management for assigned products.
• Development of regional event plans, including delivery of customer training and attendance of external events.
• Work with other teams to deliver on service and training opportunities.
• Industry Event participation.
• Oversight of key regional strategic customer accounts.
• New business contract management.
• Management and oversight for all members of the team in the allocated region.
• Ensuring cultural alignment.
• Collaborate across regions with relevant counterparts and peers.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Acquire’s philosophy, value proposition, and product offerings.
