InterSystems Corporation seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee LATAM offices, ensuring Class A environments are maintained to high standards. Role covers multi-country operations (Chile, Brazil, Colombia, and more) with alignment to corporate standards and local regulations.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the role includes facilities operations, real estate management, capital projects, vendor management, compliance, health and safety, business continuity, and budget

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Management within multinational or regional environments.
• Proven track record managing Class A office facilities, leases, operations, maintenance programs, and workplace projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, compliance, and business continuity.
• Experience budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects across multiple countries and cultures.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, building management systems (BMS), and related workplace technologies.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Facilities Management, or related field; postgraduate qualifications advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee LATAM office facilities operations across multiple countries.
• Lead office fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations, expansions, and closures from planning through completion.
• Support lease negotiations and coordinate with landlords, brokers, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation; monitor rent reviews.
• Develop business cases, cost analyses, and recommendations for real estate decisions.
• Coordinate project teams (architects, contractors, consultants, vendors) to deliver on time and within budget.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for stakeholder visibility.
• Maintain asset inventories, maintenance records, warranties, and lifecycle plans.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, business continuity, and ISO standards alignment.
