Field AI in Escondida, Antofagasta, Chile seeks a Field Application Engineer to deploy and test robotic systems in the field, including drones, quadrupeds, and humanoid robots. This is a temporary full-time onsite role intended for recent graduates who thrive in technical and operational settings.

Based at the Escondida site, you will support deployments, remote operations, client demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration while traveling across the country as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex topics for varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well in team-based environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field and support testing and data collection.
• Supervise remote operations and assist during client presentations and demos.
• Facilitate clear communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document technical issues, test results, and client feedback in detail.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on system performance and usability.
