GeekPlus America Inc is seeking a Field Operations Engineer for Chile. You will lead the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of the AMR fleet at customer sites, coordinating with project managers, service teams, and suppliers. A strong hardware background and problem solving are essential.

You will train customers, work across internal teams, and travel frequently (up to 80%). English proficiency is required, and a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or 3–5 years equivalent experience.
• Experience in warehouse automation or manufacturing installation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and weekdays on client sites.
• English proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor contractors to meet lead times and quality.
• Plan onsite implementation including scope, budget, schedule.
• Coordinate with supply chain on delivery schedules.
• Perform hardware inspections and pre-deployment testing.
• Prepare SIT/UAT environments and participate in testing.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues remotely or on-site.
• Document hardware issues and best practices.
• Stay updated on robotics hardware and share insights.
• Develop trainings for customers and partners.
