Kraken is seeking an Operations & Tooling specialist within Engineering Operations to accelerate delivery by automating workflows and reducing manual toil.

You will own Jira/Confluence configurations, drive AI-enabled improvements, and ensure accurate engineering metrics. Candidates should have 3+ years in operations, strong documentation, and a knack for turning ambitious requests into scoped work.

Formación

• 3+ years in operations, process, or tooling roles with shipping experience.
• Hands-on Jira administration: boards, workflows, permissions, fields.
• Experience using AI tools deliberately in daily work.
• Ability to translate vague requests into scoped work.
• Strong written documentation skills.
• Interest in internal tooling and developer experience.
• Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to engineering metrics (e.g., Dora metrics).

Responsabilidades

• Own processes and tooling to remove friction for engineering teams.
• Apply AI and automation to solve real team problems.
• Administer Jira and Confluence configurations and automations.
• Manage triage and intake so work is properly routed.
• Maintain healthy roadmaps and deliver weekly leadership reports.
• Ensure quality of engineering metrics data and definitions.
