Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. As AI Developer at Blacksmith, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role.

You will not be training models, you will be building production systems on top of them. You work directly with engineering and delivery leadership to take a documented roadmap of automation workflows and turn them into shipped, working systems.

Formación

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
• English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Turn a documented automation roadmap into shipped, production systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery leadership to implement automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain agent-based workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build integrations with OpenAI, Anthropic, and internal tools and APIs.
