Arcadia Power, Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer to join the AI Enablement team. You will build Arcadia's software factory, transforming manual processes into automated, instrumented workflows that report on accuracy and impact.

You will ship and maintain production-grade Python systems, create agents, and integrate with major platforms like Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Snowflake.

• Shipped LLM-backed systems into production
• Produced robust Python code with typing and tests
• Owned the delivery path: CI/CD, code review, releases
• Built with coding agents and integrated workflows

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship Arcadia's software factory components, from scaffolding and templates to CI patterns.
• Prototype against build-versus-buy questions with working evidence.
• Convert manual operational processes into instrumented automation with measurable impact.
• Instrument all shipped systems: monitor accuracy, failures, and improvement opportunities.
• Integrate agents and automation with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Snowflake.
