BairesDev is hiring an Internal Tools Engineer to design and maintain internal applications and admin dashboards for our global operations. You will automate workflows, build data-management tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in software engineering, strong React and Python skills, and experience delivering tools for non-engineering teams in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering or developer productivity experience.
• Experience building internal applications, admin dashboards, and operations tools.
• Proficiency in React for internal UIs.
• Advanced Python for backend and automation.
• Experience automating business processes for non-engineering teams.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop internal applications and admin dashboards using React and Python.
• Automate complex business workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain tools enabling non-engineering teams to manage data and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify friction points and design software solutions.
• Ensure reliability and security of internal platforms through robust development practices.
• Integrate internal tools with existing company systems and third-party APIs.
