Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, seeks a Proposal Manager, Latin America, based in Santiago, Chile. You will lead end-to-end RFP, RFQ, and ITB responses, coordinating with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to produce compelling proposals that reflect Fluence’s technology and commercial strengths.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or related commercial role in energy/tech.
• Experience leading competitive tender processes from receipt to submission in power/energy sectors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple bids under deadlines.
• Fluent written and verbal in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus; three-language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written communication; ability to translate complex content into clear narratives.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration platforms; experience with cross-functional teams and LATAM markets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs across LATAM, ensuring compliant, timely submissions.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Delivery to produce complete proposal packages.
• Develop and maintain a LATAM proposal content library in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Support deal teams with executive summaries, internal approvals, and client-facing presentations.
• Manage bid schedules, version control, and internal gates; conduct post-bid debriefs and maintain win/loss records.
• Contribute to commercial structuring and translate pricing/contract info into clear narratives.
• Build relationships with regional stakeholders and provide surge support to other Fluence regions.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and templates to align with global standards.
