Shenzhen CLOU Electronics Co. Ltd seeks a Sales Senior Manager for Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) utility projects. The role offers remote work with residency in Santiago, Chile, and occasional travel to meet clients across Chile.

You will identify opportunities, lead market insight efforts, manage contracts in the CRM, and collaborate with Europe regions and HQ in China to drive revenue growth in the energy storage sector.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in BESS or energy storage sales.
• Experience in utility sector sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% to visit clients.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the energy storage in utility sector.
• Drive revenue growth in key markets and manage contracts and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Build and manage strategic key account relationships with utilities, investors, developers, and EPCs.
• Oversee project submissions, ensure alignment with customer and business needs, and coordinate with global HQ.

Job Title: Sales Senior Manager, Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) Utility Projects

Location: Remote home office and live in Santiago, Chile

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the energy storage in utility sector focused.
• Conduct research and analyze region market insight including product technology, application trend, government policy, build and strengthen the relationships with key accounts, responsible from project lead to cash process.

Revenue Growth in Key Markets:

• Formulate Europe key account revenue plans, drive sales expansion in customer located in geographies, especially among utilities application sectors to meet KPIs.
• Deeply understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions to address.
• Record and manage business opportunities, contracts, and developmental status in company CRM system.

Strategic Key Account Relationship Building and Management

• Cultivate a network comprising project utilities, investors, developers, IPPs, EPCs, and other important stakeholders.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication prowess to earn trust and establish credibility with decision-makers.
• Oversee all facets of customer management, from acquisition and recommendations to relationship nurturing, contract discussions, and overall support.
• Utilize outstanding industry expertise and interpersonal abilities to establish strong key account relationships.

Project Oversight:

• Create and uphold project specifications, guaranteeing punctual and precise project submissions that align with both customer and business needs.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5+ year of BESS industry sales experience with successful customer or project development in energy storage utility application in Chile region or in photovoltaics, wind energy, or power electronics for the energy industry.
• Efficient communicate between external and internal teams, especially between Europe regions and HQ in China.
• Able to travel min 30% to visit clients.
