Mastercard is seeking a Director – Consumer Acquisition and Engagement, Product for the LATAM region. The role anchors the CA&E product strategy, partnering with marketing, sales and regional teams to grow Offers and Commerce Media initiatives.

The candidate will blend loyalty, digital marketing, data insights, and merchant engagement to shape differentiated narratives, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business impact across markets in Latin America.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in digital media, loyalty and consumer engagement
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, campaign measurement and marketing performance metrics
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement programs, and customer-facing narratives
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations
• Experience working across multiple Latin American markets

• Drive regional growth by leading the product strategy for CA&E solutions across LAC, focusing on marketing, personalization, and data-driven engagement.
• Act as regional SME on media, digital marketing, audience targeting, campaign orchestration, and performance optimization.
• Engage media agencies and partners; translate media plans into measurable business outcomes.
• Develop compelling product narratives, value propositions and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Global product, Sales, Account Management to support client engagements and RFPs.
• Translate client and market insights into product evolution and roadmaps.
• Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks for commercialization and campaign impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regional and global stakeholders with clarity and execution.
