Murex Chile is seeking an organized PMO to support delivery of complex client projects and managed services. You will work across project operations, governance, financial oversight, and portfolio reporting to drive efficiency and governance across initiatives.

Key responsibilities include governance of project delivery, financial tracking, KPI reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure alignment with business priorities. 5+ years of PMO experience is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, project operations, governance, or delivery management.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, governance frameworks, and delivery processes.
• Experience supporting large-scale projects, managed services, or technology delivery environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis; capable of building dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, execution, and governance of projects and managed services; ensure on-scope delivery and timely reporting.
• Promote adoption of delivery methodologies and best practices; ensure governance compliance.
• Track budgets, forecasts, expenses, invoices, and performance metrics; prepare financial reports and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs, backlog health, service requests, incidents, and delivery performance; produce executive-friendly reports.
