Olympus Corporation in Chile is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee order processing from entry to invoicing, coordinating with the Commercial Manager to align with strategy and ensure service quality.

You will supervise the Customer Service team, manage warehouses and consignments, handle invoicing, and resolve inquiries while coordinating with purchasing portals and SAP ERP processes to maintain smooth operations.

Formación

• At least 2 years in similar roles.
• Experience supervising teams and delivering strong customer service.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Troubleshooting, teamwork, detail orientation, and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate alignments with the Commercial Manager to ensure order compliance with company strategy.
• Oversee the Customer Service area and the Customer Service Assistant.
• Supervise and control virtual warehouses, consignments, replenishment and early delivery.
• Billing for the sales team.
• Manage new consignments and coordinate consignment inventories.
• Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP from entry to invoicing.
• Support and resolution of internal and external customer queries.
• Manage purchase order portals (except Public Market).
• Control and management of customer complaints.
• Reverse logistics of surgeries orders in ERP, including product reception and review.
