Olympus Corporation Chile is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to ensure timely management of customer orders from entry to invoicing. You will coordinate with the Commercial Manager, supervise the Customer Service team, and oversee virtual warehouses, consignments, and invoicing processes to maintain service quality.

The role requires 2+ years in similar positions, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in similar roles.
• Experience managing work teams and customer service.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate alignments with the Commercial Manager to ensure compliance with sales and service orders.
• Supervise and control the Customer Service area and the Customer Service Assistant.
• Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP with a warehouse according to assigned portfolio until invoicing.
• Support and resolution of internal and external customer queries.
• Reverse logistics of orders dispatched under the “Surgeries” concept in ERP, reception and review of products.
