Clorox busca un Customer Operations Analyst en Chile para gestionar el proceso de Order Management, equilibrando servicio y eficiencia operativa. Reportarás a líderes de operaciones y coordinarás con Supply Chain, Ventas y Finanzas para ejecutar objetivos comerciales.

Se requiere Ingeniería Industrial o afín y +4 años en Supply Chain/operaciones, experiencia en Order-to-Cash y análisis de KPIs; dominio de Excel y Power BI; capacidad analítica y liderazgo de equipos.

Formación

• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Comercial, Logística o afines.
• Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en Supply Chain, Logística, Customer Operations, Demand Planning o áreas afines.
• Experiencia en entornos Retail y consumo masivo (CPG/FMCG).
• Experiencia en procesos Order-to-Cash y atención a clientes B2B.
• Dominio avanzado de Excel y Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y supervisar al equipo de Order Management Specialists, garantizando la calidad de la información del proceso Order-to-Cash.
• Asegurar una cadena de suministro eficiente, colaborando con Supply Chain, Ventas y Finanzas.
• Identificar e implementar mejoras operativas y automatizaciones para optimizar procesos y reducir costos.
• Monitorear el ciclo logístico de los clientes y proponer mejoras basadas en KPIs.
• Soporte operativo del Customer Service Lead cuando sea requerido.

Como Customer Operations Analyst, serás responsable de administrar y controlar el proceso de Order Management, asegurando un equilibrio óptimo entre nivel de servicio y eficiencia operacional. Tu rol será clave para mantener una comunicación fluida con clientes internos y externos, garantizando una ejecución alineada con los objetivos comerciales y financieros de la compañía.

Buscamos una persona con mentalidad de Mejora Continua, capaz de identificar oportunidades, optimizar procesos, reducir costos y elevar la calidad del servicio. Además, liderarás la consistencia y precisión de la información que soporta el flujo Order to Cash, contribuyendo directamente al rendimiento del negocio y a la excelencia en la experiencia del cliente.

In this role, you will:

• Liderar y supervisar al equipo de Order Management Specialists, garantizando la calidad y consistencia de la información del proceso Order-to-Cash.
• Asegurar una cadena de suministro eficiente, colaborando con áreas clave como Supply Chain, Ventas y Finanzas.
• Identificar e implementar mejoras operativas y automatizaciones que optimicen procesos y reduzcan costos.
• Monitorear el ciclo logístico completo de los clientes, identificando oportunidades de eficiencia mediante KPIs clave.
• Actuar como soporte operativo del Customer Service Lead cuando sea requerido.

What we look for:

• Profesionales en Ingeniería Industrial, Comercial, Logística o carreras afines.
• +4 años de experiencia en Supply Chain, Logística, Customer Operations, Demand Planning o áreas afines en industrias de consumo masivo
• Experiencia previa en entornos de Retail y/o consumo masivo (CPG/FMCG),gestionando procesos end-to-end, trabajando con áreas comerciales y logísticas.
• Experiencia en procesos Order-to-Cash y atención a clientes B2B. Experiencia en análisis e interpretación de KPIs logísticos y comerciales (OTIF, Fill Rate, Perfect Order, etc.).
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas, nivel avanzado de Excel y Power BI
• Experiencia liderando equipos o coordinando procesos
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación a resultados y capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.
