Qualifications

• Turn ambition into a realistic, integrated business plan connecting strategy, portfolio, execution and finance.
• Build a high-performing leadership team with clear accountabilities and strong collaboration.
• Represent Sandoz externally to advance market access and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
