Amazon Chile is seeking a Country Manager to drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts while launching a new Region. You will articulate AI and cloud value to CXOs as well as developers and IT architects, and build executive relationships to meet quarterly targets.

The role requires leadership, strategic sales capabilities, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish; you will guide a high-performing team and collaborate with partners to expand AWS adoption

Qualificações

10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing managers or equivalent experience leading cross-functional teams.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, within technical and business settings.

Responsabilidades

Drive revenue and market share in the Country.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Accelerate customer adoption by engaging with C-level and different stakeholders.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Lead and develop a very talented group of professionals.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
