HONOR in Chile is seeking a proactive, data-driven professional to manage contract and budget processes, data analysis, and process improvement in the sales area.

You will coordinate presale and after-sales activities, ensure accuracy of accounting calculations, and collaborate with KAM teams to optimize incentives and market solutions.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience and degrees in industrial civil, commercial, or process engineering, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage presale contracts: generate, review and fulfill templates; coordinate discussions to address risks.
• Oversee after-sales process: collect information, obtain approvals, support contracts, and ensure execution evidence.
• Collaborate with KAM teams on incentives and market solutions.
• Verify accounting calculations to ensure data transparency and accuracy.
• Analyze data, produce reports, and drive process improvements.
• Lead the execution and implementation of processes, suggesting improvements with a commercial perspective.
• Handle incentive settlements and payments.

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical and comprehensive role oriented to contract and budget management, data Analysis and process improvement in the field of sales.

Responsibilities

• Presale Process Management: Responsible for the generation, review and fulfillment of pre-sale contracts. Configuration of contract templates. Collaborate in conversations and agreements with other parties, as well as to identify and address in advance possible risks linked to sales contracts.
• After-sales Process Management: It begins from the moment a commercial activity ends, covering the collection of crucial information to demonstrate complete execution of the proposal. Ensures obtaining approvals from clients, supporting contracts, and collecting evidence of implementation. Monitors compliance in a timely manner, ensuring that invoiced amounts are in agreement with the initial proposals.
• Active collaboration with KAM teams for various incentive and market solutions set.
• Verification of associated accounting calculations, ensuring transparency and accuracy of data.
• Data Analysis and Reports, and process improvement.
• Leadership in the execution and implementation of the process, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Suggest in advance specific ideas, suggestions or improvements with the objective of make processes more efficient and effective with a commercial perspective.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in data management and analysis to contribute through key reports and development and presentation of operational reports, facilitating informed decision making.
• Knowledge or adaptation of accounting systems and related tools. Capacity for become familiar with and operate efficiently in technological environments, facilitating adaptation to company-specific systems.
