HONOR in Chile is seeking a proactive, data-driven professional to manage contract and budget processes, data analysis, and process improvement in the sales area.

You will coordinate presale and after-sales activities, ensure accuracy of accounting calculations, and collaborate with KAM teams to optimize incentives and market solutions.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience and degrees in industrial civil, commercial, or process engineering, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Knowledge of data management and analysis to support key reports and decision making.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and related tools.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong process analysis and critical thinking for continuous improvement.
• Organized with strong capacity to focus and deliver.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Graduates from industrial civil, commercial engineering, process engineering or related business fields.

Responsabilidades

• Manage presale contracts: generate, review and fulfill templates; coordinate discussions to address risks.
• Oversee after-sales process: collect information, obtain approvals, support contracts, and ensure execution evidence.
• Collaborate with KAM teams on incentives and market solutions.
• Verify accounting calculations to ensure data transparency and accuracy.
• Analyze data, produce reports, and drive process improvements.
• Lead the execution and implementation of processes, suggesting improvements with a commercial perspective.
• Handle incentive settlements and payments.
