The role requires native Spanish and advanced English, strong project management, data handling in Google Sheets, and autonomous task execution. A stable home office setup is expected with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish with excellent English (C1) written and spoken.
• Solid project management skills.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities and drive execution autonomously.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented andExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or re-training.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements.
