Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our distributed team. This role focuses on sourcing and activating creators, coordinating projects, and improving operational workflows across languages and regions.

You will work remotely from a home office, leverage Google Sheets and internal tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Native Spanish and strong English are required, with excellent project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (C1) with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong project management skills are required.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.
• Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases, taking appropriate action when needed.
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements.

What you will do:

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Native Spanishand excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal at C1 level) is a must;
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills;
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, pivot tables is a must;
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously;
• Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities;
• Detail-oriented approach;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload);

Will be a great plus:

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, creator/account management or marketplace operations;
