SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our global team, delivering top-tier support via email and chat while building lasting relationships with clients. Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
- Experience in a technical support role
- Experience with VPS setup and management
- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (≥50 Mbps down, ≥40 Mbps up)
