BairesDev, a leader in technology projects, is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst. You will design and optimize operational workflows, using data-driven insights to transform complex processes into streamlined, automated systems across diverse teams.

You will map processes, automate with spreadsheets and SQL, define metrics, and collaborate with TA Ops, Finance and Operations. AI-driven enhancements and prompt engineering will be integrated to maximize productivity, with 100% remote work and

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement or related roles.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis and metrics.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets and basic SQL for automation.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Map end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Develop and implement automated solutions using spreadsheets and data tools.
• Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate impact of changes.
• Collaborate with TA Ops, Finance and Operations to tailor workflows.
• Integrate AI-driven efficiencies and prompt engineering into SOPs.
• Produce documentation and reports for stakeholders.
