IgniteTech is seeking a forward-deployed enablement engineer who designs AI-driven systems, onboarding admins, and delivers with authority for Fortune 100 brands. You will architect agent-driven workflows, prompts, and verification loops while ensuring onboarding and demos run smoothly.

You will craft knowledge bases, screen AI outputs, and maintain training materials, evolving the system with each release and expanding adoption across customer teams.

Formación

• 3+ years building enterprise community engagement or social media programs.
• Experience delivering live demos to executives.
• Strong command of English in speaking.
• Ability to audit and verify AI outputs before presenting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding programs for admins and business users.
• Own end-to-end product demos with leadership.
• Develop AI agent backbones, prompts, and verification loops.
• Maintain documentation and training materials post-release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
