Job summary

Infobip Chile is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to support the sales process with technical expertise and innovative solutions. You will design, implement, and demonstrate API-driven capabilities for customers, ensuring successful product adoption.

You will collaborate with sales, translate requirements into technical designs, and create clear documentation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in pre-sales or solution engineering.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability in professional presentation and public speaking.
• Understanding of API integration principles and best practices.
• Ability to quickly acquire product knowledge for complex software solutions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support, including technical presentations and demonstrations of Infobip’s product capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions, leveraging product knowledge and API integration expertise.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain technical documents, including solution designs and implementation guides.
• Assist customers with API integration and troubleshoot during the implementation phase.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product teams.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to stay current with Infobip’s offerings and trends.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and adoption of Infobip solutions.
