Infobip Chile is hiring a Junior Solution Engineer to help support the sales process with technical expertise, design innovative solutions, and ensure customer success through product implementation and support.

You will collaborate with sales to translate requirements into solutions, perform pre-sales demonstrations, and maintain technical documentation while expanding product knowledge and fostering customer relationships in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Proven experience in a technical role with customer-facing duties.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to present professionally to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of API integration principles and best practices.
• Ability to gather and interpret customer requirements quickly.
• Quickly acquire product knowledge for complex software solutions.
• Experience with solution implementation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to create clear technical documents and designs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support, including technical presentations and demonstrations of Infobip's product capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions, leveraging product knowledge and API integration expertise.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Create and maintain clear technical documents, designs, and implementation guides.
• Assist customers with API integration and troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product teams.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated with Infobip offerings.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and adoption of Infobip solutions.
