Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer) to enable software delivery across multiple Agile teams for the Genius Enterprise POS platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead/Release Train Engineer or similar.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams in software development.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional planning activities.
• Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes.
• Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience applying Agile/Scrum/Lean/Kanban/SAFe in a practical environment.
• Experience creating and communicating delivery metrics and status updates at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination across multiple Agile teams, product pods, and delivery stakeholders.
• Identify, communicate, and help resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Drive transparency through delivery metrics, health reporting, and executive-ready status communication.
• Support planning activities and align team execution with evolving business priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery stakeholders to improve execution and alignment.
• Coach teams in Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics analysis, and delivery coaching.
• Help teams establish sustainable delivery practices appropriate to their level of Agile maturity.
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams as needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, retrospectives, and daily coordination.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to improve backlog readiness and customer outcomes.
