Global Payment Holding Company is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to enable software delivery across multiple Agile teams supporting enterprise POS platforms.

You will function as a servant leader, delivery facilitator, and agile coach, driving predictability, transparency, and alignment while coaching teams in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe practices. This role may involve Scrum Master responsibilities for one or more teams and requires strong communication with executives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Relevant Agile, Lean, Product Delivery, Project Management, or Technology certifications may be considered.
• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban practices at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and resolve them.
• Drive transparency with metrics and executive status updates.
• Coach teams in Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• Facilitate planning, ceremonies, and backlog readiness with Product Owners.
