Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a temporary 6-month assignment in Santiago, Chile. You will support day-to-day AP operations, including invoice processing, expense reports, payment follow-up, and reconciliations, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, People, Logistics, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or ongoing university studies in accounting or finance.
• 0–1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
• Basic to intermediate Excel and MS Office knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate English.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on items.

Responsibilities

• Process and review supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Support the processing and follow-up of employee expense reports.
• Monitor payments and ensure terms are met.
• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review invoices and purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Support intercompany invoice processes and other accounting activities when required.
• Contribute to month-end close activities and maintain accurate records.
